Any claims for damaged products must be reported within 3 days of receipt by contacting For damaged items, provide detailed information and images to qualify for a replacement order. Please note that refunds will not be issued for products damaged during shipping.
Returns & Refunds: You can request a refund for the full purchase price of your returned product, minus shipping costs. Returns are only accepted for products bought directly must be requested within 14 days of receipt. To qualify for a refund, the returned product must be in its original, unopened packaging.
